I never thought I could do it. I practice yoga, I take care of my body, I nourish it with movement, I nurture it with immersions in the nature, but reaching the summit of Matchu Picchu I imagined it required a preparation that I felt I didn’t have.
I underestimated the power of my mind and of the spiritual forces that flood Peru making it one of the earth’s chakras, an energy node, a mystical center, destination of pilgrims and soul seekers. A place of experimentation where direct and unique contact with nature, immersion in “extreme” landscapes, the clear gaze and the welcoming smile of the population define paths of awareness that lead to knowing and overcoming one’s limits. Crossing Peru is like crossing oneself to get to reunite soul and body in a harmonious “one”. A path full of suggestions amplified by the reckless beauty of cities like Cuzco and totalizing landscapes such as those that lead to Matchu Picchu, the fascination of Andean culture, the mysticism of tribal rituals and native ceremonies, moments of meditation and yoga in the Sacred Valley.
A journey deep within that restores mind and body, an exploration of one’s own spirituality through shamanic knowledge, the connection with the earth and its most energetic elements. The Inca mini trek tested in Peru is a “full” and “vital” experience in which the size of the holiday naturally gives way to the path of rebirth.
Among the Andes I understood that everything can be achieved when the clear eyes and light heart are the guides, strength of spirit and tenacity mark the way and self-awareness defines the path.

“I have often found myself with a goodbye to make, a suitcase to prepare, a radical change to deal with and a new dimension to find. Managing changes in work, life and prospects have led me to my most authentic metamorphosis: to make a profession of the travel experience.
