I don’t drink, I don’t smoke, I pay attention to the food and give to myself time for moments of wellness in nature to regenerate. Over the years I have tried to build a lifestyle that makes me feel good, because taking care of yourself, pampering yourself, listening to the needs of your soul as your own body, I have learned to be not only a pleasure but also a duty. Being physically fit and in inner harmony allows us to face everyday difficulties with greater energy and optimism, because there is nothing like “feeling good” that makes us feel our strength. Yet building a “balanced” lifestyle that goes in this direction is not always easy. It is easier to let yourself go to the excesses that dispel the rules of harmony and aim for imbalance: working too much, eating incorrectly, avoiding physical activity, smoking, we think they give satisfaction but end up installing vicious circles that are dangerous for our health. Chronic headaches, diabetes, back problems, busted blood values, but also back pain and constant muscle pain are symptoms that something does not turn in the right direction and alarm bells that should not be underestimated. Illnesses linked to a wrong lifestyle are the real tragedy of our millennium so much that they gradually increase in frequency, despite the fact that people live longer. Being more long-lived but with increasingly chronic diseases: in a nutshell “living more, but worse”. A route that deserves to be reversed if we want to build a future that is better, more satisfying for us and for those who are part of our lives. Also in this the journey represents a panacea, but above all the occasion to start one’s own revolution starting from places full of energy and full of fascination where to learn new ways, approaches and rules to draw paths that make well their destination. I had the chance to try specific programs that helped me to understand how to get better: in Thailand I learned ABC not only for a healthy, sustainable, daring but also the hinges to reduce stress, keep the weight under control, doing of “natural healing” a mantra. In India I relied on ayurveda to perfect my path to (re) construction and purification. In Italy, a country that I love and that is mine for DNA, I continued my “journey” by choosing to dedicate myself to the awareness of my wellbeing in holistic retreats and Ayurvedic medicine centers where lifestyle is a word full of value. I began from me and in me I found the answer. That’s why I created My Ideal Traveling. To help people finding new paths towards an happier life.

“I have often found myself with a goodbye to make, a suitcase to prepare, a radical change to deal with and a new dimension to find. Managing changes in work, life and prospects have led me to my most authentic metamorphosis: to make a profession of the travel experience.
