When you think about Vietnam you have thousands images except those of a wellness paradise where the culture of wellbeing reigns supreme and where it is simple to recover inner peace and a widespread feeling of serenity. My first time in Vietnam has unhinged all my (false) beliefs, making me know a place and people capable of enhancing human being, putting at the center his needs, his value. Here, taking care of your health is a priority and daily exercise is an essential, vital appointment. It’s common to meet people in the early morning or at sunset in the meadows and near the lakes or the waterways sharing moments of exercise accompanied by music and choreography. Tai chi sessions, yoga or group aerobics give a good morning or accompany towards nocturnal rest in the sign of harmony and recovery of balance. Visiting Vietnam is like indulging in a long massage for the soul, where physical regeneration marries the reactivation of the mind but maintaining tranquility. Stress leave its place to the cult of silence, vigor coexists with relaxing suggestive scenarios where you breathe the energy of nature and the force of history. The toxicity of everyday life is transformed into a long life elixir. This is why this year I will definitely return to these places to see gems of boundless beauty like Halong Bay, Phong Nha Ke Bang, Hoi An and its ancient streets and the Cham islands, but also to give me the joy of starting a day watching the sunrise on Danang beach. Stay tuned! Happiness was born here.
