To be conscious: this is my priority when I start a new path, whether it is professional or personal. When I started to get interested in Ayurveda it was natural for me to try to learn fundamental aspects, being guided by those who knew in depth this ancient medicine capable of redesigning the approach to life. For my training I chose India where, thanks to Dr. Vaidya Rajesh Kotecha, teacher of a training center certified and approved by the Government of India, I was able to study the basic elements, the physical and psychological implications for the wellbeing of the individual and its practical applications.
A real school of life full of teachings and energy, able to open the mind and trigger significant processes of change. After this great experience, I thought it was important to create the same opportunity for those who wish to learn more about Ayurveda. For therapists, students who have already taken Ayurveda courses and want to improve themselves or are interested in increasing their knowledge. I have therefore designed with My Ideal Traveling study tours in India, available throughout the year and customized on individual interests or needs.
My proposal? Courses carried out with personal tutors at training centers recognized by the local government with theory sessions and practical insights with demonstrations of the various techniques of Ayurveda. For a full immersion in training that allow maximum concentration without any organizational difficulties, I also arranged hospitality in cottages provided near the training center, with the possibility of following a vegetarian diet. The books thus become companions of a journey of the soul full of energy and well-being.

“I have often found myself with a goodbye to make, a suitcase to prepare, a radical change to deal with and a new dimension to find. Managing changes in work, life and prospects have led me to my most authentic metamorphosis: to make a profession of the travel experience.
