My personal trainer is traveling. It is a coach who is very pretentious because he asks to put all my abilities into play and to free them, allowing me to perceive and receive all the inputs coming from the outside. But above all it leads me to get involved making me discover resources often unknown even to myself. It happened in Thailand, in what I consider one of the most “profound” experiences I have ever done and which has allowed me to descend in my depth.
The theater of this new route is the island of Koh Samui, where an ancient quarry used by Buddhist monks as a place of refuge for meditation and spiritual retreat is today a true center of personal wellbeing (Kamalaya) in which “flowers” the human spirit. Renamed Kingdom (Alaya) of Lutus (Kamal), peacefully nestled on a slope of a tropical hill sloping down to a quiet beach, this sanctuary of holistic well-being taught me to make all my energies go in one direction. Growth, change, regeneration have been steps of a path of harmonization that has had positive repercussions on my entire lifestyle.
In meditation and silence, practicing yoga and following an itinerary of “rapprochement with life”, designed by a team of naturopaths, taking into account my experience and my goals, I re-possessed myself of what I lost. Serenity, strength, tranquility and a clear view on my life. A journey that required great openness and a desire for rebirth, but which strengthened my emotional potential. When I returned, I realized how much it had changed me, how it had allowed me to reinterpret my vision of the world into a new key, allowing me to understand my power. The journey to Kamalaya has taught me to let my true being flow, abandoning the past and opening up courageously to the present. My center.

“I have often found myself with a goodbye to make, a suitcase to prepare, a radical change to deal with and a new dimension to find. Managing changes in work, life and prospects have led me to my most authentic metamorphosis: to make a profession of the travel experience.
