A light that explodes in the sea, giving life to a deep regeneration. Air, water, earth, fire: Sicily is pure energy for me and learning how to convey it was my challenge. I must say thanks to Ameriga and Ettore if today I have understood how to dose it, making it a source and an opportunity. Must say thanks to their project if I could live an experience where the oppositions become harmonizations. In this corner of paradise a few steps from the truest Baroque – that of Noto, Scicli and Ragusa Ibla – and from the sea is their oasis of peace where yoga combines surfing, meditation embraces sailing and contemplation lives in symbiosis with stand-up-paddleboard in the name of nature. Not only a holiday center but a space for the soul overlooking an endless beach where you can be enchanted by the rustle of the waves, stopping the thought and listening to the voice that resounds from the depths. Psycho-physical well-being leads to inner rebirth and self-seeking becomes quiet during the early morning and afternoon sessions of Vinyasa flow, Ashtanga and Yin yoga. Here I learned to love again, taking care of my body, pampering the palate with vegetarian and balanced dishes that made me rediscover the pleasure of nurturing myself better and to feel better. In this corner of Sicily that you do not expect, in this place where you can meet the world, all the distances of culture jump, bad habits are rectified and new perspectives are drawn. The power of kite surfing, yoga and the environment that wins over everything.
