Yoga retreats
Wonderland Healing Center yoga retreats can be of 4, 7 and 11 days and combine full board, healthy vegan eating, Thai massage, meditation and mindfulness sessions, as well as pranayama (mindful breathing work). For those wishing to work on certain physical limitations, develop a regular home practice or deepen and intensify an existing practice, personalized advice on arrival will guide you towards the right programme.
If your stay is shorter or longer than 4, 7 or 11 days, you will be able to tailor your retreat to the length of your holiday.

Inner walk retreat
A retreat that will help change the way you approach life, push you further and introduce you to your inner self. A transformative retreat that will provide the tools to discover one’s healing, learning and inner strength abilities. The practice includes walking for 4 hours a day, 4 days straight in a dedicated shala, surrounded by lush nature and peaceful serenity. Spiritual practices such as meditation or yoga support the building of our relationship with ourselves in a calm and peaceful environment, allowing us to quiet some of the “noise” in our head that we are used to dealing with on a daily basis. Instead of avoiding noise, Inner Walk allows us to encounter noise. To connect with ourselves amid the hustle and bustle of our minds.
