The eco-friendly ayurveda resort for authentic Ayurveda treatment

Two authentic Ayurveda resorts in Kerala and two in Germany, a family of Vaidya – the Sanskrit word that indicates the Ayurvedic doctor – for eight generations, which transmits and practices the knowledge of Ayurveda with passion and great humanity. This is Madukkakuzhy Ayurveda.

Located in the pristine nature of the central part of Kerala, one immersed in a tropical garden, the other on the edge of a lake surrounded by mountains, they are the perfect retreat for an Ayurveda cure, accompanied by Yoga and meditation. A comfortable, simple and eco-friendly environment, designed to preserve the natural resources of water and energy. The oils and supplements used during the treatments are prepared within the facilities, following a strict quality control and verified by external organizations.

For those who cannot travel to Kerala, two centers have sprung up in southern Germany. One in Bad Bocklet, a spa town that invites relaxation and rest, and the other in Bad Kissingen. Same protocols, same harmonious environment, for a perfect Ayurveda holiday.

Ayurvedic treatments are tailored to individual needs after the first consultation.

A typical day:

6:15 – Awakening yoga or morning walk (every other day) of 4.5 kilometers (depending on the type of treatment being done).

7:30 – Morning tea

8:00 – Consultation with the Ayurvedic doctor

8:30 – Breakfast

The main Ayurvedic treatment follows

13:00 Lunch

15:00 – Second treatment of the day (if necessary)

18:30 – Dinner.
