An intimate ayurveda centre designed with attention to details, directly overlooking a splendid beach of golden sand and dotted with coconut palms. Accompanied by the sound of the ocean and the song of birds, for a traditional Ayurvedic treatment of great quality. All around silence and tranquility.

Eight comfortable and lovingly decorated rooms, equipped with a bathroom conforming to European standards, in an Ayurvedic center built in the style of an old colonial villa that offers an intimate, cozy and familiar atmosphere throughout your Ayurveda retreat. All rooms have private terraces and sea view.

A high standard of management and the care of an always attentive staff. The Kingdom Ayurveda retreat is located on the southern tip of Sri Lanka between the cities of Matara and Tangalle, on the beach of the small village of Kottegoda.

An Ayurvedic treatment aimed at total and deep detoxification of the body that will be personalized according to the individual constitution and situation. The team of Ayurvedic doctors will establish a personalized Ayurvea program after a careful initial consultation.

Preliminary meeting and daily consultation with the Ayurvedic doctor.

Daily treatments (up to 70 treatments during a 14 day stay).

Final consultation and dietary advice with individual recommendations.

Herbal teas, hot water or mineral water.

Fresh fruit juice, lassi or Tambili (coconut juice).

Medicines prescribed by the doctor during the treatments.

Yoga (six times a week).

Meditation on request.

Welcome massage on arrival (before consultation with the Ayurvedic doctor) or greeting massage on departure.
